DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Dad's Hack offers its customers Free Delivery within India on all orders. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post.
Dad's Hack kombucha bottles are only available for shipping inside Bangalore while cans are eligible for pan India delivery.
For customers buying within Bangalore, orders are dispatched the same day or the following day if the order is placed before 5PM. For customers placing an order outside of Bangalore items are dispatched in 24-48 hours and usually takes between 3 to 6 business days for delivery from time of placing the order subject to courier company norms.
Dad's Hack is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of order). Dad's Hack is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Unfortunately for your security Dad's Hack does not offers a Cash On Delivery (COD) service.

Limited Liability: In case the product is unavailable or out of stock; or the delivery address is outside standard deliverable areas or in case of unforeseen or contingent circumstances beyond our control where your order cannot be processed, we will offer you a full refund for your purchase.

We accept Online payment using UPI, credit card, debit card or netbanking.
All the prices shown on the Dad's Hack online store are in Indian Rupees. Razorpay will accept payment only in Indian Rupees and will automatically link to your credit card service provider and make the charge accordingly. This transaction may include some additional charges to convert from your currency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Returns & Refund Policy
RETURNS
Dad's Hack products go through a mandatory quality control inspection to maintain the highest product standards.
All the products listed on our website are non-returnable.
Items are eligible for exchange or refund only if they are damaged or have a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return or to get a refund, please contact us at care@kombucherie.com or call us at 99023 07987.
To be eligible for a exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may arrange to return the product to our warehouse.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If in case a replacement is not available we will arrange a full refund.

REFUNDS
For refund requests, please contact our customer care team. Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
After going through the details of the case, in valid cases, refund will be issued in 24-48 hours.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
